This is the first iteration of a coaster holder to be clipped on the belt of a waiter. It was planned as a simple construction for laser cutting with a spring tensioning pin to keep the coaster locked into place.

Hamburger patty shaper

One of my most used 3D prints. This simple shape is perfectly fitted to the hamburger bread rolls that I use plus a 15% margin to account for shrinkage during cooking.

Sunglass Case

I bought sunglasses without a case and noticed that they had a cross-section that didn’t fit into normal sunglass cases. The cross-section being triangular I shaped the case around it. The hinge doesn’t require a pin so assembly is very easy and the snap mechanism closes tightly after 5 iterations.

Kitchen Blocks

The kitchen utilities storage system was designed as part of a Thingivers.com challenge and still used in my kitchen to this day. The blocks are fitted to suction cups and fixed to a tile wall. The other blocks connect via puzzle piece shaped connectors to each other and can be arranged in any order.

Guitar Plek

When I learned that there is a type of plek that isn’t half a millimeter thick I started modeling one. Perfecting the striking edge was a challenge but in the end, it works although there is much more tuning to be done.

Delta 3D Printer Effector

This carriage is the main moving part on a delta printer. It rides on the frame and moves the arms. The main goal here was to design a smooth riding carriage with minimum wobble for maximum acceleration.

This specific part for a Delta 3D printer is the main moving platform housing the nozzles, colling and calibration equipment. All parts were designed with maximum flexibility and minimum space requirements in mind.
